Privacy notice

Short version: we collect what you type into the request form, we give it to one local contractor so they can quote your job, and we do not sell it to anyone.

What we collect

From the request form: your name, whichever of phone or email you provide, the property location you enter, and your description of the work. Nothing else is required.

Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and traffic measurement. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not operate cross-site profiling.

Who we share it with

One local cabinet painting company serving Wichita Falls, so it can contact you about your project. That is the entire purpose of the form and the only routine disclosure we make. We do not sell personal information, and we do not distribute your request to multiple contractors or to a lead marketplace.

How long we keep it

Request records are retained for 24 months so we can resolve disputes about whether a job was passed on, then deleted.

Your choices

Write to us via the contact page to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests within 30 days. If you have already engaged the contractor directly, their own records are theirs, not ours, and you would need to ask them separately.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date below. Last updated 2026-07-18.
